Tweed Foundation Annual report

After the last river competition I contacted marine biologist Jonathon Archer regarding the amount of weed and water colour. Below is his response plus an attached report he wrote.

"Yes it is possible that the rise was from the freshet but not sure about the colour, but it is conceivable that freshet brought the colour with it. I have also attached our annual report document where I wrote about water temperatures and freshets which I have attached for you.
