Competition 2/10

Due to the deferred 1st river competition the first official competition of the season will be at Thrunton on Sunday 28th April 2024. Please see the poster below. Members are politely reminded that a valid UK fishing licence is required at this venue and it is their responsibility to purchase one. Also be mindful of 'rogue' websites selling them and in the last few years 2 licence inspections were carried out at the venue by the Environmental Agency.

Also at this competition the transport list for Chatton will go live whereby members can pay a £10 (non refundable) deposit for a return minibus from the village on Sunday 6th October.

3rd Cancellation

Unfortunately the river level has not reduced enough so tomorrow's Tweed competition is CANCELLED. The date is now TBC as there is a Stillwater competition the following week.

3rd Time Luck?!

Unfortunately conditions are still not conducive for fishing and therefore in the interest of safety this weeks river competition is CANCELLED and is now rescheduled for Saturday 20th April 2024.
