NORHAM PETANQUE CLUB

The objective in pentanque is to score points by having boules closer to the target than your opponent after all boules have been thrown. This is achieved by projecting boules closer to the small target ball, called a cochonet, or by hitting the opponents' boules away from the target whilst standing inside a circle with both feet on the ground.

We meet on Saturday mornings at the Norham Pentanque ground, situated in South Lane, Norham.

Norham Pentanque Club is affiliated to the Scottish Pentanque Association and takes part in the South Scotland League which is a friendly league amongst clubs in the Scottish Borders.
